We’re having an impromptu open mic session and get together in Open Studio’s courtyard next Wednesday. Open mic is a bit a misleading…. we think it’s safer not to share a microphone, but we definitely do think it’s advisable to share your poetry, or maybe a story or even a song. Sign up on the night and all genders are welcome to read. If the weather is bad, no worries, Open Studio’s courtyard is under cover.

Doors open 7:00 and the poetry will kick off at 07:30
As well as sharing poetry, it’ll be so good to catch up. If you don’t know anybody then rest assured we are a friendly bunch and we’ll make you very welcome.
This is a free event, but as Open Studio have a strict capacity limit, please let us know if you are coming or thinking of coming. Just send us a quick email to contact@girlsonkey.com.au, and we’ll add your name to the guest-list. All attendees must be doubled vaxed as per state rules.
